If any of the ATHENNO team members or partners have behaved unlawfully, discriminatory, or incompetently, or if your rights were violated, you can file an official complaint at the Office of the CEO stating the historical timeline of the events, dates, all the facts, names, interactions you had and providing any evidence to support your claims. If your complaint was received, you will be notified. We try to review all issues within 30 days.

If you will still be unsatisfied with the final decision, you then can initiate the public process within the laws of Ireland in Dublin.
